Advertisements continue to spread across social media and Telegram, promising to obtain a driver's license without personal attendance, without taking exams, and in just a few days. They claim the documents are allegedly issued officially through Public Service Centers (PSCs), appear in eGov, and come with a "guaranteed result."

To gain trust, these schemes use photos of driver's licenses, videos featuring supposedly satisfied customers, as well as numerous reviews and recommendations.
