They claim the documents are allegedly issued officially through Public Service Centers (PSCs), appear in eGov, and come with a "guaranteed result."
To gain trust, these schemes use photos of driver's licenses, videos featuring supposedly satisfied customers, as well as numerous reviews and recommendations.
