The materials of the criminal case involving WYP.KZ have been transferred to the Department of Economic Investigations for Astana.

Kaspi.kz has granted WYP.KZ victims a three-month payment deferral. However, we believe this period is insufficient.
In our view, the payment deferral should be at least six months, with the possibility of extending it until the court delivers its verdict.

How can you obtain a loan payment deferral if you were affected by the online store WYP.KZ?
If you have been officially recognized as a victim in the criminal case, you may apply to your bank for a loan payment deferral by attaching a copy of the decision recognizing you as a victim.
You can obtain a copy of this decision from the investigator handling the criminal case.

The Police Department of Aktobe has launched a pre-trial investigation into the activities of the online store "WYP.KZ".
