Expert Opinion | Kazakhstan Proposes Seizing Profits of Pyramid Scheme Participants for the State

Yuriy Lee, head of the stop-piramida.kz project, proposed in an interview with BES.media that legislation be enacted to establish a mechanism for confiscating all proceeds earned by participants in pyramid schemes and transferring them to the state.

Yuriy Lee noted that many citizens knowingly participate in dubious schemes, hoping for quick profits, despite numerous warnings from regulators and law enforcement agencies.
