Scammers, posing as the public foundation "Qazaqstan Halqyna" and using deepfakes of the Head of State, claim they can recover money lost to fraudulent brokers.

Licensed lawyers must hold a valid legal license, while legal consultants must be listed in the official register of legal consultants.
