STOP MFO | "Alem Credit": criminal case opened

A criminal case has been opened in connection with the activities of "Alem Credit". The investigation is being conducted by the Department of Economic Investigations for Almaty. All circumstances surrounding the platform’s activities will now be thoroughly examined as part of the criminal proceedings.

For the investigation, statements are important both from affected borrowers and from those who were indirectly affected by "Alem Credit", including people who received calls or messages regarding other people’s debts.

We hope that the investigation will provide a legal assessment of the actions of everyone involved, including the platforms and services that advertised and promoted "Alem Credit". Such schemes must not be allowed to emerge in Kazakhstan again.
