Stop-Piramida.kz and the Banking Ombudsman of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Darkhan Kadyrbayevich Nurpeisov, have signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The memorandum is aimed at developing joint initiatives in the areas of financial literacy, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of borrowers, as well as enhancing transparency and integrity in the banking sector.
The document provides for the implementation of joint public awareness and educational projects, the exchange of information on dispute resolution between banks and borrowers, the development of methodological materials, guides, and recommendations, as well as the organization of seminars, training sessions, and other educational activities.
