Stop-Piramida.kz and Microfinance Ombudsman Nazgul Karasovna Yesteusizova have signed a cooperation memorandum to work jointly on protecting the rights of financial services consumers, combating fraudulent schemes, and improving financial literacy among the public.
The agreement provides for cooperation in reviewing citizens’ appeals, preventing violations of borrowers’ rights, identifying unfair practices in the microfinance sector, and carrying out joint public awareness and educational initiatives aimed at strengthening legal and financial literacy.
