To improve the financial safety of older citizens, the Stop Piramida project team conducts a series of educational meetings at Active Longevity Centres in Astana.

During the lectures, participants learn about the most common phone and online fraud schemes, how to recognise warning signs of мошеннических действий, and what precautions can help prevent financial losses.

Particular attention is given to current fraud trends, the psychological techniques used by scammers to manipulate victims, and practical recommendations for protecting personal data, bank accounts and savings. Participants also have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss real-life situations faced by themselves or their relatives.

The project aims to raise awareness and strengthen safe digital behaviour skills among older adults.
