Raising awareness about financial pyramid schemes at the "AFM Online 2026" forum
The Stop-Piramida.kz project took part in the expert forum "Financial Security Training", organised by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring as part of the "Law and Order" initiative.
Financial pyramid schemes are increasingly disguising themselves as modern online projects, investment platforms and "quick money-making opportunities".
At the "AFM Online 2026" forum, we shared our experience and discussed the most common tactics used by fraudsters to draw people into questionable schemes — from promises of easy income and guaranteed returns to referral bonuses and transfers to bank cards belonging to private individuals.
